Shipping & Returns


Returns Policy

All items offered for sale on Veteran Welding Supply, with the exception of open boxes of filler metals and full cylinders, are returnable within 10 days of original purchase. All returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, manuals and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. Items returned without a written RMA, Return Materials Authorization, or are not in brand new, sellable condition are subject to refusal or a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse any item that is damaged, altered, missing packaging or accessories or has written on or taped on contents. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to Veteran Welding Supply. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Problems with your order?

Any problems or concerns that you may have with your order must be reported to Veteran Welding Supply no later than 10 calendar days after receiving your order. The number of days will begin with the date of delivery as reported by the freight carrier used by Veteran Welding Supply to ship your merchandise. All issues reported after 10 calendar days will be refused.  Veteran Welding Supply will provide return shipping for inaccurate product fulfillment, or for defective merchandise.  

 

Shipping

Veteran Welding Supply offers free shipping on orders over $49.  Orders under $15 have a $5 surcharge, items under $30 have a surcharge of $10.

We use USPS on most shipments.  

Currently we only ship to the United States and its territories.  

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Veteran Welding Supply does not require signatures at time of delivery, unless requested, shipping by LTL or common carrier.  All other packages will be left at the door at the delivery driver's discretion.  You may request a Signature Required Delivery by entering  a special request in the "Comments" section of our order form.  Lost, stolen, or undelivered packages are subject to the full carrier claims process and may take up to 15 days.  All items shown to be delivered, will be deemed such as that.  This may require talking to your local carrier.
